A perfect balance of stripes! I made this tunic from scratch- wear it over pants as a top or, if you're not afraid of heights... over tights as a dress!
It's got:
♠ black and white striped knit bodice with ruched bust and bow detail
♣ red lace trim and adjustable bra style straps
♥ metallic red spandex empire waist "belt" detail
♦ alternating panels of vertical and horizontal black + white striped cotton skirt
♠ black lace trim
♣ serged seams with contrasting red topstitching
