I made this saucy dress using a neutral zebra/tiger fabric with a faint lacy/paisley overprint and paired it with some darker details.
It's got:
♠ empire waist with black mesh ruffle and ring + stud tape
♣ gently gathered + lined bust
♥ flowing flared skirt with full lining and black mesh ruffle trim
♦ flutter cap sleeves and adjustable bra straps
♠ serged and topstitched seams
