It's got:
♠ red bust with raw edged/pinked ruffle trim
♣ empire waist cut
♥ A-line skirt with red ruffle trim
♦ Hello Kitty on the front with a background of red, yellow, and blue stitch-like stripes, and a few hearts
♠ back decorative tie and red + white striped skirt
♣ removeable matching bow
♥ serged and topstitched seams
